Car driver’s license

STATE SUBSIDY

According to government decree No. 55/2018 (III. 23.), subsidy can be requested for the costs of category B driver's license acquired after July 1, 2018. The subsidy concerns the fees of theoretical courseand corresponding exam.

The subsidy can be entitled to students who

• either passed the Theoretical exam required to obtain a category "B" driver's license after July 1, 2018, and were under the age of 20 on the day of the exam
• or have already reached the age of 20
• and received maternity benefit
• childcare benefit
• or allowance for childcare assistance on the day of the exam

and did not receive the subsidy previously and the Theoretical exam required to obtain a category "B" driver's license was completed after June 30, 2020.

Additional condition for the subsidy is that the student did not participate at the online free theoretical coursewithin the eKréta system.

The subsidy can be requested on the website of the Hungarian State Treasury. The certificate required for the subsidy request is issued by our school at the request of the student. The certificate will either be handed over to the student at our office or will be sent by e-mail.
